纳入标准:

肾盂输尿管连接处梗阻导致的单侧肾积水婴幼儿病人

Inclusion criteria

Infants with unilateral hydronephrosis due to ureteropelvic junction obstruction an infant

排除标准:

双侧肾积水,
合并肾发育不良,
神经源性膀胱,
后尿道瓣膜,或者膀胱输尿管连接处梗阻导致的肾输尿管同时积水等。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with bilateral hydronephrosis,
2. Patients with renal dysplasia,
3. Neurogenic bladder, posterior urethral valve, or simultaneous hydronephrosis caused by obstruction of vesicoureteral junction.
