研究目的：

我们对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)儿童参与者进行C13尿素呼气实验并进行问卷调查，以此为依据，将数据进行统计学分析，进一步探讨儿童Hp感染与家庭成员幽门螺杆菌感染的关系。明确儿童Hp感染总体流行病学特征，为Hp防治提供流行病学依据。对深圳市大鹏新区的儿童Hp感染者进行筛选与统计，对儿童Hp感染流行病学研究进行系统评价和统计分析，可研究本区域内儿童Hp感染的风险因素，及其与父母感染Hp的关系，调查Hp感染是否有家庭聚集现象，明确大鹏新区儿童Hp感染总体流行病学特征，为Hp防控提供流行病学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

We conducted C13 urea breath test and questionnaire survey on children participants of Helicobacter pylori (Hp). Based on this, we analyzed the data statistically to further explore the relationship between Hp infection in children and family members. We want to clarify the overall epidemiological characteristics of Hp infection in children, and provide an epidemiological basis for Hp prevention. We screened and counted children Hp infection in Dapeng New District, Shenzhen, and conducted systematic reviews and statistical analysis on the epidemiological studies of Hp infection in children. We'll explore the risk factors of Hp infection among children in Dapeng New District. We'll investigate whether there is family clustering of Hp infection and clarify the overall epidemiological characteristics of Hp infection in children in this area, so as to provide epidemiological evidence for Hp prevention and control.

纳入标准：

深圳市大鹏新区内6-12周岁儿童，儿童监护人及老师均知晓实验内容且愿意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Children aged 6-12 in Shenzhen Dapeng New District, their guardians and teachers all know the contents of the experiment and are willing to sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准包括最近4周内摄入抗生素，最近2周内摄入质子泵抑制剂以及幽门螺杆菌根除治疗的既往史。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included intake of antibiotics within the last 4 weeks, intake of proton pump inhibitors within the last 2 weeks and previous history of H. pylori eradication therapy.
