研究目的：

通过回顾性分析观察我院自1990年1月起接受“斡旋三焦”治肾法治疗方案的CKD患者治疗后长期疗效及肾脏生存情况，深入分析中医药介入时间对远期预后的影响，对“斡旋三焦”治肾法治疗CKD的疗效进行回顾性分析与评价。  

Objectives of Study：

Through retrospective analysis to observe the long-term curative effect and renal survival of CKD patients who have received the "mediation triple-Jiao" therapy program in our hospital since January 1990, and in-depth analysis of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine intervention on the long-term prognosis. Retrospective analysis and evaluation of the curative effect of "Medium Sanjiao" in the treatment of CKD.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合慢性肾脏病的诊断标准：肾脏损伤或GFR<60ml/min/1.73m2持续3个月，肾脏损伤包括：肾脏病理异常或血液、尿液、影像学的检查异常；CKD1-5期不限，开始中药治疗前尚未行肾脏替代治疗；
2）中医证候诊断标准：根据据患者临床表现，归属于“虚劳病”、“水肿病”，参照2002年《中药新药临床研究指导原则》（试行）；
3）采用“斡旋三焦”治肾法治疗6个月以上，且治疗前后临床疗效指标及安全性指标完整者；
4）年龄、男女、民族不限；

Inclusion criteria

1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic kidney disease: kidney damage or GFR<60ml/min/1.73m2 for 3 months, kidney damage includes: kidney pathological abnormalities or abnormal blood, urine, imaging examinations; CKD1-5 does not Limited, renal replacement therapy has not been performed before the beginning of Chinese medicine treatment;
2) Diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes: According to the clinical manifestations of the patients, they are classified as "deficiency of fatigue" and "edema disease", referring to the 2002 "Guiding Principles for Clinical Research on New Chinese Medicines" (trial implementation);
3) Those who have been treated with the "mediation of three energizers" for treating the kidney for more than 6 months, and the clinical efficacy and safety indicators before and after treatment are complete;
4) There is no restriction on age, gender, ethnicity;

排除标准：

（1）中药不规则服用，6个月内总服药次数小于126天者（<70%）；
（2）服用中药不属于“斡旋三焦”治肾法系列方者；
（3）知情后不同意或拒绝提供临床数据者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Irregular use of Chinese medicine, and the total number of times taken within 6 months is less than 126 days (<70%);
(2) Those who take traditional Chinese medicines that do not belong to the "Mediation Sanjiao" series of kidney treatments;
(3) Those who disagree or refuse to provide clinical data after being informed;
