研究目的：

初步探索PD-L1/TGF-βRII联合放疗用于食管鳞癌新辅助治疗的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and safety of PD-L1/TGF-βRII combined with radiotherapy as neoadjuvant therapy for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：18岁～73岁，男女不限；2.经病理确诊为可切除胸段食管鳞状细胞癌（cT1b-cT2 N+ or cT3-cT4a , any N）；3.至少有一个可测量病灶（根据RECIST 1.1版要求该可测量食管病灶螺旋CT 扫描长径≥10 mm，淋巴结病灶CT扫描短径≥15 mm，扫描层厚不大于5 mm；且未接受过局部治疗），且可测量病灶适合手术；4.预期生存期≥6个月；5.ECOG 评分0-1；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-73 years old, male or female;2.Histopathology diagnosed as resectable thoracic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (cT1b-cT2 N+ or cT3-cT4a, any N);3.There is at least one measurable lesion (according to the requirements of RECIST Version 1.1, the spiral CT scan of the measurable esophageal lesion has a long diameter ≥ 10 mm, a CT scan of a lymph node lesion with a short diameter ≥ 15 mm, and a scan thickness not greater than 5 mm; patients have not received local treatment), and measurable lesion is suitable for surgery;4.The expected survival time was ≥ 6 months;5. ECOG score 0-1;

排除标准：

1.无法耐受消化内镜活检；2.具有明确的胃肠道出血顾虑（如局部活动性溃疡病灶，大便潜血阳性）；6个月之内有消化道出血病史；3.已经发生中枢神经系统转移；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient is unable to tolerate digestive endoscopic biopsy;2.The patient has clear gastrointestinal bleeding concern (such as local active ulcer lesions, positive stool occult blood); history of gastrointestinal bleeding within 6 months;3.The patient has central nervous system metastasis;
