研究目的：

分析球囊辅助硬化剂治疗食管曲张静脉的临床疗效及术后并发症发生情况，为制定相关预防措施提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the clinical efficacy of balloon-assisted sclerosing agent in the treatment of esophageal varices and the occurrence of postoperative complications, and provide clinical evidence for the formulation of relevant preventive measures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75岁
2.实施病史询问、实验室检查、内镜检查、肝脏彩超检查等确诊为肝硬化合并食管静脉曲张患者；
3.有静脉曲张破裂出血史并行内镜下球囊辅助硬化剂治疗者
4.医院伦理委员会批准本次研究内容。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-75 years old
2. Perform medical history inquiry, laboratory examination, endoscopy, liver color Doppler ultrasound examination, etc. who are diagnosed with cirrhosis and esophageal varices;
3. Patients with a history of bleeding from varicose veins and endoscopic balloon-assisted sclerotherapy
4. The hospital ethics committee approved the research content.

排除标准：

1.年龄<18岁或>75岁
2.其他部位出血患者；
3.其他原因引起的消化道出血患者；
4.血液系统疾病患者；
5.其他严重脏器合并症及恶性肿瘤患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age <18 years old or >75 years old
2. Patients with bleeding in other parts;
3. Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding caused by other reasons;
4. Patients with blood system diseases;
5. Patients with other serious organ complications and malignant tumors;
