研究目的：

（1）探讨Onyx胶在脑血管栓塞治疗中的安全性； （2）评价Onyx胶在脑血管栓塞治疗时发生三叉神经-心脏反射的危险因素； （3）分析术中发生三叉神经-心脏反射对患者预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the safety of Onyx glue in the treatment of cerebral vascular embolization; (2) To evaluate the risk factors of trigeminal neural-cardiac reflex of Onyx glue during cerebrovascular embolization treatment; (3) To analyze the influence of intraoperative trigeminal neural-cardiac reflex on the prognosis of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

连续入选江苏省人民医院2016年01月至2020年05月期间行全麻下Onyx胶栓塞术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

The patients who underwent Onyx embolization by general anesthesia in Jiangsu Province Hospital from January 2016 to May 2020 were selected successively.

排除标准：

（1）术前存在意识不清，交流困难者；（2）术前已行气管插管患者；（3）术中发生与TCR无关的严重并发症，影响正常手术者；（4）术后失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with unconsciousness and communication difficulties before operation; (2) Patients who had received endotracheal intubation before operation; (3) Severe complications unrelated to TCR occurred during the operation, which affected the normal operation; (4) Postoperative loss visitor.
