研究目的：

1.明确自体脂肪基质胶移植对于淋巴水肿的临床疗效； 2.探讨自体脂肪基质胶移植对淋巴水肿患者疾病状况的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the clinical efficacy of autologous stromal vascular fraction gel transplantation for lymphedema; 2. To investigate the effect of autologous stromal vascular fraction gel transplantation on the disease status of lymphedema patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.继发性淋巴水肿，符合诊断标准者；
2.年龄18-75岁的患者；
3.无肿瘤复发、转移者；
4.自愿受试，签署知情同意书，依从性好的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Secondary lymphedema that meets the diagnostic criteria;
2. Patients aged 18-75 years;
3. No tumor recurrence or metastasis;
4. Voluntary subjects, signed informed consent, and patients with good compliance.

排除标准：

1.严重的重要器官病变而不能耐受手术者；
2.患有造血系统或者免疫系统疾病的患者；
3.过敏体质、瘢痕体质或异常体质的患者；
4.合并有严重精神障碍患者、严重的认知功能障碍者不得手术；
5.术区有感染病灶的患者；
6.治疗期间恶性肿瘤复发、转移者；
7.患者家属不同意手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe lesions of vital organs that cannot tolerate the operation;
2. Patients with hematopoietic or immune system diseases;
3. Patients with allergic constitution, scar constitution or abnormal constitution;
4. Patients with severe mental disorders and severe cognitive dysfunction shall not be operated;
5. Patients with infected lesions in the operative area;
6. Recurrence and metastasis of malignant tumor during treatment;
7. Patients whose family members do not agree with the operation.
