研究目的：

（1）构建孕产期疲乏对母婴危害的评价体系。 （2）评价孕产期疲乏风险评估干预方案的母婴疗效。 （3）基于预测模型构建孕产期疲乏综合干预策略。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish an evaluation system for the harm of pregnancy and childbirth fatigue to mothers and infants. 2. To evaluate the maternal and infant efficacy of risk assessment intervention programs for fatigue during pregnancy and childbirth. 3. The comprehensive intervention strategy of pregnancy and childbirth fatigue was constructed based on the prediction model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥18周岁的孕产妇及其子代；
(2)理解认知能力正常，有清晰的表达能力。

Inclusion criteria

1. The maternal age >= 18 years old and their offspring;
2. Normal understanding and cognitive ability, clear expression ability.

排除标准：

（1）孕产妇有慢性疲乏史或孕前抑郁症史；
（2）孕产妇有遗传代谢性疾病或染色体异常疾病者；
（3）产检筛查胎儿有染色体异常性疾病高风险（可疑或确诊）；
（4）孕产妇有慢性腹泻、活动性结核、严重肾病或心脏病等影响婴儿发育的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women with a history of chronic fatigue or pre-pregnancy depression;
2. Pregnant women with genetic metabolic diseases or chromosomal abnormalities;
3. Prenatal examination screening fetuses with high risk of chromosomal abnormalities (suspicious or confirmed);
4. Maternal has chronic diarrhea, active tuberculosis, serious kidney disease or heart disease and other diseases that affect the development of the baby.
