研究目的:

本研究拟通过运用计算机视觉、深度学习等技术建立适合遗传综合征患儿的检测模型,通过面部照片识别,即可进行基因型判读。并进一步开发面部检测系统,实现远程管理;大数据集成,及时反馈随访信息,同时通过反复诊断验证过程增加标注样本量进行软件自我学习,进一步提高诊断正确率。拟通过在医务工作者中推广使用,为疾病的早期诊断提供依据和筛查作用,帮助患者尽早开展治疗,达到改善预后,降低疾病严重性的目的,减轻患者、家庭及社会经济损失。  

Objectives of Study:

This study intends to use computer vision, deep learning and other technologies to establish a detection model suitable for children with genetic syndromes. Through facial photo recognition, genotype interpretation can be performed. And further develop the face detection system to realize remote management; big data integration, timely feedback of follow-up information, and at the same time through repeated diagnosis and verification process to increase the number of labeled samples for software self-learning, and further improve the accuracy of diagnosis. It is planned to be promoted and used among medical workers to provide evidence for early diagnosis and screening of diseases, help patients start treatment as soon as possible, achieve the purpose of improving the prognosis, reducing the severity of the disease, and reducing patients, families, and socioeconomic losses.
