研究目的：

验证AIS术后首次下床标准化流程能否降低术后直立不耐受的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify whether the standardized procedure for AIS patients can reduce the incidence of Orthostatic intolerance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 同意参加此研究；
② 手术方式为脊柱侧凸/后凸矫形、内固定、植骨融合术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who agreed to participate in the study;
2. Those patients who underwent scoliosis / kyphosis correction, internal fixation and bone graft fusion.

排除标准：

① 术后转入重症医学科继续治疗的患者；
② 术前存在神经功能异常；
③ 严重的心肺疾患；
④ 翻修手术；
⑤ 术中或术后即刻出现并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients transferred to ICU for further treatment after operation;
2. Patients with neurological dysfunction before operation;
3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease;
4. Patients undergoing revision surgery;
5. Patients with complications during or immediately after operation.
