研究目的：

通过评估OSAHS患者的日常活动前庭功能情况及听觉功能情况和病史梳理，根据轻中重度分类，评价其耳石器传导通路的主客观检测结果，了解并分析鼾症患者的前庭周围神经系统的功能情况。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the vestibular function and auditory function of patients with OSAHS, and to analyze the function of vestibular peripheral nervous system in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

常规查体及问诊否认其他眼耳鼻喉头颈方面专科疾病。
年龄30岁至60岁之间，男女不限。
既往无耳聋耳病史。
同意参与试验并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Routine physical examination and interrogation denied other specialized diseases in ophthalmology, otolaryngology,and head and neck.
Between 30 and 60 years old.
No history of deafness.
Agreed to participate in the experiment and voluntarily signed informed consent.

排除标准：

慢性病及全身系统性疾病患者，如糖尿病患者、高血压病且控制不良患者、已知神经系统疾病患者、心血管疾病患者。
颈椎疾病、眼肌疾病以及胸骨平面以上有畸形或活动障碍的患者。
有颅脑、耳部、眼部或颈部手术创伤史或听觉疾病史的患者。
代谢性疾病患者。
不同意签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with chronic diseases and systemic diseases, such as diabetes mellitus, patients with hypertension and poor control, patients with known nervous system diseases, and patients with cardiovascular diseases.
Patients with cervical spondylosis, ocular muscle disease and deformity or dyskinesia above the sternum level.
Patients with a history of craniocerebral, ear, eye or neck surgical trauma or history of hearing disorders.
Patients with metabolic diseases.
Do not agree to sign informed consent.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

当采集数据后，将建立专门的资料库，数据库内容包括“样本编号”、“参加者姓名拼音缩写”，确保在数据分析时的信息准确性，以保护参加者的隐私；患者和对照入组后使用项目统一编号，个人资料和病例信息由样本管理的专人录入、保存、使用者看到的仅为个体编号，不再接触参加者的姓名等资料。
