研究目的：

探索贝伐珠单抗治疗伴钙化和囊变的脑白质病的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy of Bevacizumab in the Treatment of Leukoencephalopathy With Calcifications and Cysts.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

贝珠伐单抗，5毫克/公斤体重，每两周一次，使用12个月。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

bevacizumab, 5 mg/kg biweekly for 12 months. 

纳入标准：

1.疾病的诊断经过基因检测确认SNORD118突变或脑活检病理；
2.心肺肝肾功能正常；
3.签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.The diagnosis is established by genetic testing showing SNORD118 pathological variant or brain biopsy.
2.Normal function of heart,lung,liver and kidney.
3.Informed consent obtained.

排除标准：

1.不能确诊伴钙化和囊变的脑白质病;
2.存在明显心肺肝肾功能不全

Exclusion criteria：

1.Uncertain diagnosis of Leukoencephalopathy With Calcifications and Cysts.
2.Significant dysfunction of heart,lung,liver and kidney.
