研究目的：

通过本项目的实施为难治性重症幼年皮肌炎（JDM）提供一种挽救性治疗方案，以降低该病的死亡率，同时提高生活质量，降低远期致残率。  

Objectives of Study：

The implementation of this project provides a salvage treatment for refractory severe juvenile dermatomyositis ((JDM)) to reduce the mortality of the disease, improve the quality of life and reduce the long-term disability rate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

按照Bohan和Peter1975年提出的及Dalakas1991年提出的修正诊断标准：
1、确诊时小于18岁；
2、确诊为JDM患者；
3、难治性重症JDM诊断标准：联合糖皮质激素和两种及以上免疫抑制剂，或者加用生物制剂治疗的3月以上儿童肌炎评定量表评分（CMAS）评分仍低于正常值50%，或者有重要脏器受累。

Inclusion criteria

According to the revised diagnostic criteria proposed by Bohan and Peter in 1975 and Dalakas in 1991:
1. Aged under 18 years old at the time of been diagnosed;
2. Diagnosed with JDM;
3. Diagnostic criteria for refractory severe JDM: combined with corticosteroids and two or more immunosuppressants, or the (CMAS) score of the myositis rating scale for children over 3 months treated with biological agents is still 50% lower than the normal value, or important organs are involved.

排除标准：

1、不同意进入本研究者；
2、伴随明显其他系统疾病严重影响预后的；
3、有原发免疫缺陷等影响JDM预后者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Do not agree to enter this researcher;
2. accompanied by obvious other systemic diseases seriously affect the prognosis;
3. primary immunodeficiency and other factors affect the preconditioning of JDM.
