研究目的：

1、证实软质激光气管插管引光器在婴儿麻醉诱导气管插管时可实现个体化的方法确定婴儿气管插管合适深度。 2、证明软质激光气管插管引光器在麻醉维持期可以实现随时评估婴儿气管导管尖端位置，并根据具体情况进行导管位置的调整。  

Objectives of Study：

1. It is confirmed that flexible laser endotracheal intubation lightwand can realize individualized method to determine the appropriate depth of tracheal intubation in infant. 2. It is proved that flexible laser endotracheal intubation lightwand can be used to evaluate the position of tracheal tube tip in infant at any time during anesthesia maintenance period, and adjust the position of tracheal tube according to the specific situation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）全身麻醉气管插管的患儿； （2）ASA分级Ⅰ或Ⅱ级； （3）年龄1～12月； （4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia; (2) ASA I or II; (3) The age ranged from 1 to 12 months; (4) Sign informed consent.

排除标准：


具有以下一条者，均排除在外： （1）ASA分级III、IV或V； （2）困难气道或有困难气道病史者； （3）颈前组织肥厚、瘢痕或肿物等及颈部活动受限者； （4）其他咽喉部、声门和气管病变；胸腔或肺部疾病；口腔或耳鼻喉科手术； （5）不愿意参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with one of the following are excluded: (1) ASA III, IV or V; (2) Patients with difficult airway or history of difficult airway; (3) Hypertrophy, scar or mass of anterior cervical tissue and limited neck movement; (4) Other diseases of larynx, glottis and trachea; thoracic or pulmonary diseases; oral or otorhinolaryngological surgery; (5) They are not willing to participate in this study.
