研究目的：

1. 确定AML与氧化应激的关系。 2. 指出了根据氧化应激水平对AML进行分类的可能性。 3. 氧化应激相关基因作为生物标志物的研究。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identify the relationship between AML and oxidative stress. 2. Pointed out the possibility of classifying AML based on levels of oxidative stress. 3. Research on oxidative stress related genes as biomarkers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. AML患者。
2. 没有接受放疗或化疗。
3. 经伦理委员会批准。
4. 研究前已获得患者及其家属的知情同意。
5. 对照组由30名没有癌症临床症状的健康志愿者组成。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with AML.
2. Received no radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
3. Approved by the Ethics Committee.
4. Informed consent was obtained from patients and their families before the study.
5. The control group consisted of 30 healthy volunteers with no clinical symptoms of cancer.
