研究目的：

1.明确使用PrEP的MSM在停药前后高危性行为、HIV/性病新发感染率差异及影响因素。 2.评估自我检测策略对PrEP停药后的MSM人群的检测率、检测频率的促进作用。 2.获得PrEP停药后MSM群体性伴的高危行为特征及自检促进检测行为的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The Primary outcome is the changes of self-reported sexual behaviors and HIV\STD incidence before and after using PrEP among MSM after discontinue PrEP. The secondary outcome is the impact of HIVST on HIV and STIs testing frequency and rate among MSM after discontinue PrEP. The third outcomes are the characteristics of the sexual patners of MSM who discontinue PrEP and the impact of HIVST on HIV and STIs testing frequency among them.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1）出生时为男性，有男男性行为；
（2）年龄：18-65周岁；
（3）PrEP项目参与者且停止口服PrEP；
（4）可接受自检试剂并如实反馈HIV检测情况及性行为信息。
（5）受试者应充分了解试验目的、性质和方法仍然自愿参加本试验并签署知情同意。
4.2.2排除标

Inclusion criteria

（1）Male at birth, and had sex with male sexual partners;
（2） Aged 18-65 years old;
（3）Participants in the CROPrEP and discontinue oral intaking PrEP;
(4)willing to accept HIVST kits and feedback truthful information on sexual behavior and HIV testing;
(5)Those who are informed of the study protocol and who agree to participate in the study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

不愿意签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who are unwilling to sign informed consent form.
