研究目的：

1.调查血液病患者行为生活方式现状，并比较良性和恶性患者行为生活方式上的差异 2.探究血液病与不良行为生活方式的关联性 3.评估护理干预效果，构建护理干预模型  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate the current status of behavior and lifestyle of patients with hematological diseases, and compare the differences in behavior and lifestyle of benign and malignant patients 2. To explore the relationship between blood disease and bad behavior lifestyle 3. Evaluate the effect of nursing intervention and construct nursing intervention model

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-69岁，男女性别不限
2.病程≤6月的初诊血液病患者
3.调查对象依从性良好，能够理解并遵守协议要求和说明

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-69 years, both male and female;
2. Patients with newly diagnosed blood diseases whose course of disease is less than 6 months;
3. The respondents have good compliance and can understand and comply with the requirements and instructions of the agreement.

排除标准：

1.继发血液病患者，继发因素包括但不限于：药物、妊娠、病毒感染、实体瘤和血液肿瘤等
2.患有严重的脑血管疾病或认知后遗症，包括偏瘫
3.存在血液病遗传家族史
4.存在恶性肿瘤病史
5.存在精神病史

Exclusion criteria：

1. In patients with secondary blood diseases, the secondary factors include but not limited to: drugs, pregnancy, virus infection, solid tumor and blood tumor.
2. Patients with severe cerebrovascular disease or cognitive sequelae, including hemiplegia;
3. Patients with family history of blood diseases;
4. Patients with history of malignant tumor;
5. Patients with mental history.
