研究目的：

阐明耳电刺激改善帕金森抑郁症状的中枢机制，为临床上推广该新疗法提供理论基础  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the central mechanism of ear electrical stimulation to improve the symptoms of Parkinson's depression, and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical promotion of this new therapy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

帕金森伴抑郁：1)符合英国PD 协会脑库( UKPDBB) 的PD诊断标准；2)符合美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第5 版( DSM-V) 抑郁症诊断标准；3)入组前已用规范的帕金森药物治疗，帕金森症状控制稳定，未进行过药物、心理、电休克等各种方式的抗抑郁治疗，近1个月内未曾服用镇痛、安眠、麻醉类等药品。
帕金森不伴抑郁：除2)外均符合。
健康对照组：1）右利手，18岁≤年龄≤80岁； 2)无精神疾病家族史，精神卫生筛选表及神经症筛选表排除个人精神及神经疾病；3)入组前通过抑郁量表及焦虑量表排除焦虑及抑郁状态；4)体内无金属植入物、无幽闭恐惧症等磁共振检查禁忌症；

Inclusion criteria

Parkinsons with depression: 1) Meet the PD diagnostic criteria of the UK PD Association Brain Bank (UKPDBB); 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression of the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-V); 3) Have been Treated with standard Parkinson's drugs, Parkinson's symptoms are stable, and he has not received various antidepressant treatments such as drugs, psychology, and electric shock. In the past one month, he has not taken analgesia, sleep, narcotic drugs and other drugs. Parkinson's is not associated with depression: all except 2) are in line. Healthy control group: 1) Right-handed, 18 years ≤ age ≤ 80 years old; 2) No family history of mental illness, mental health screening form and neurosis screening form to exclude individual mental and neurological diseases; 3) Depression before enrollment Anxiety scale and anxiety scale exclude anxiety and depression; 4) No metal implants, no claustrophobia and other contraindications to magnetic resonance examination;

排除标准：

帕金森伴抑郁：1)具有明确病因可寻的继发性帕金森综合征或由其他神经变性疾病伴发的帕金森综合征；2)有精神疾患或既往有精神分裂症、抑郁症、躯体化障碍等精神病史，曾长期服用抗精神疾病药物；3)头颅磁共振检查提示颅内有脑血管病、癫痫、肿瘤等器质性病变；4)合并心、肝、脾、肾及其他严重疾病或体内携带有胰岛素泵、心脏起搏器等金属物品；5)进行过伽马刀或脑深部毁损术、刺激术等手术治疗；6)简易智能精神状态检查量表评分，提示存在认知功能受损者（总分：文盲≤17 分、小学≤20 分、中学以上≤23分）。
帕金森不伴抑郁：1）除符合帕金森伴抑郁排除标准外；2）初筛帕金森病综合评量表（MDS-UPDRS）中1.3项目抑郁情绪评分不为0；
健康对照组：1)有药物滥用史；2)对皮肤准备过敏，刺激部位有损伤或炎症；3)妊娠或哺乳期妇女；4）近半年内参与过其他临床研究试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Parkinsons with depression: 1) Secondary Parkinsons syndrome with a clear and traceable cause or Parkinsons syndrome accompanied by other neurodegenerative diseases; 2) Mental illness or previous schizophrenia, depression, physical History of psychiatric disorders such as chemical disorders, long-term use of anti-psychiatric drugs; 3) MRI of the head showed cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, tumors and other organic diseases; 4) combined with heart, liver, spleen, kidney and other serious diseases Illness or metallic objects such as insulin pumps and cardiac pacemakers in the body; 5) Gamma knife or deep brain damage surgery, stimulation surgery and other surgical treatments; 6) Simple mental state check scale score, suggesting cognition Functional impairment (total score: illiteracy ≤17 points, elementary school ≤20 points, middle school and above ≤23 points). Parkinsons disease without depression: 1) Except for the exclusion criteria for Parkinson’s disease with depression; 2) The score of depression in item 1.3 of the preliminary screening Parkinson’s disease comprehensive scale (MDS-UPDRS) is not 0; healthy control group: 1) A history of drug abuse; 2) Allergy to skin preparations, damage or inflammation at the irritation site; 3) Pregnant or lactating women; 4) Patients who have participated in other clinical research trials within the past six months.
