研究目的：

明确腰椎间盘突出症的中医药治疗的关键作用环节并进行筛选临床随机对照研究方案，方案内遵循国际通行的研究规范，采用公认的临床结局指标，开展前瞻性、大样本多中心临床研究，产出具有疗效优势的中医或中西医结合治疗方案形成高级别的临床证据，为指导临床实际工作提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to clarify the key role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and to screen clinical randomized controlled study scheme. The program follows the internationally accepted research norms, adopts the recognized clinical outcome indicators, carries out prospective, large sample multi center clinical research, produces the curative effect advantage of traditional Chinese medicine or integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment scheme, forms high-level clinical evidence To provide reference for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）临床诊断为腰椎间盘突出症者；
（2）年龄25-55岁；
（3）签署知情同意书；
（4）如果已经接受手法或牵引等治疗，在筛选入组后无需经过洗脱期。同时符合上述各项者方可纳入。

Inclusion criteria

(1)The clinical diagnosis was lumbar disc herniation;
(2) The age was 25-55 years old;
(3) Sign informed consent form;
(4) If you have received manipulation or traction therapy, there is no need to go through washout period after screening. Only those who meet the above requirements can be included.

排除标准：

（1）年龄在25岁以下，或55岁以上的患者；
（2）有马尾神经症状等手术指征的患者；
（3）腰痛疾患疗效评定中腰痛评分为0分或下肢疼痛麻木评分为0分。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients under 25 years old or over 55 years old;
(2) Patients with cauda equina symptoms and other surgical indications;
(3) Low back pain score was 0 or lower limb pain numbness score was 0.
