研究目的：

明确新型脂肪因子血清锌- 2糖蛋白在危重病患者血清中浓度变化及其与炎症因子、患者死亡率的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the changes of serum zinc - 2 glycoprotein concentration of novel adipocytokine and its correlation with inflammatory factors and mortality in critically ill patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于等于18岁；
2.收治入上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院SICU的危重病患者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18 or above;
2. Critically ill patients admitted to SICU, Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University.

排除标准：

1.恶液质患者；
2.长期服用激素患者（大于等于一周）；
3.孕产妇；
4.精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cachexia;
2. Patients who take hormone for a long time (more than or equal to one week);
3. Pregnant women;
4. Patients with mental illness.
