排除标准：

1.患者及家属无法使用智能手机设备
2.患者或家属拒绝接受随访
3.日间手术患者转住院

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients and their families can not use smartphone devices
2.Patients or family members refuse to be followed up
3.Patients undergoing day operation were transferred to hospital
