研究目的:

通过临床前瞻性研究,探索颅颌面导航技术及三维打印导板技术在下颌骨不对称畸形治疗中的应用,并对其治疗的精确性、效果以及并发症等  

Objectives of Study:

Objective to explore the application of craniomaxillofacial navigation technology and three-dimensional printing guide plate technology in the treatment of mandibular asymmetry through clinical prospective study, and to evaluate the accuracy, effect and complications of the treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

受试者年龄在 18-40 岁(含),性别不限;
下颌角不对称畸形患者;
3个月内未参加其他临床验证者;
进行下颌角修整手术
同意导航或导板手术的辅助的患者;
无急性感染性疾病、精神病、系统性疾病;
因诊断或治疗需要,需接受CT扫描检查
自愿受试并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 40 years old (inclusive);
2. Patients with asymmetric mandibular angle;
3. Those who did not participate in other clinical tests within 3 months;
4. The mandibular angle was repaired
5. Patients who agreed to be assisted with navigation or guided surgery;
6. There was no acute infectious disease, mental disease and systemic disease;
7. CT scan is necessary for diagnosis or treatment;
8. Volunteer and sign informed consent.

排除标准:

伴有严重牙周炎,口腔卫生状况不佳者
伴有系统性疾病,不能全麻手术者
对导板、导航等技术抵抗的患者;
髁突骨软骨瘤患者;
先天性综合征的患者;
骨髓炎、骨质疏松患者;
合并心、肺、脑、肾等重要脏器原发性疾病未控制的患者;
精神疾病患者;
妊娠、哺乳期女性;
无法配合治疗的患者;
恶性肿瘤、肿瘤远处转移、肿瘤复发患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with severe periodontitis and poor oral hygiene
2. Patients with systemic diseases who cannot be operated under general anesthesia
3. Patients who were resistant to guide plate and navigation technology;
4. Patients with condylar osteochondroma;
5. Patients with congenital syndrome;
6. Patients with osteomyelitis and osteoporosis;
7. Patients with uncontrolled primary diseases of heart, lung, brain and kidney;
8. Mental illness patients;
9. Pregnant and lactating women;
10. Patients unable to cooperate with treatment;
11. Patients with malignant tumor, distant metastasis and tumor recurrence.
