研究目的：

使用前期开发的深度学习早期胃癌诊断系统，对比测试内镜医师和深度学习系统诊断早期胃癌的性能，为深度学习系统的临床应用提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To test and compare the performance of human endoscopists and an artificail intelligence system on the diagnosis of early gastric cancer under endoscopy, and provide evidence for potential clinical application deep learning method.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）同意参与该项比赛；
2）有1年以上独立内镜操作经验，累积胃镜操作量大于2000；
3）会做且在原单位有条件做染色放大胃镜；
4）曾经独立使用染色放大胃镜对患者病灶性质进行内镜下诊断。

Inclusion criteria

1) Endoscopists able to give informed consent;
2) Have more than 1 year experience in independent endoscopy operations, and the cumulative amount of gastroscopy operations is over 2000;
3) Be able to and have the opportunity to conduct magnifying narrow-band (ME-NBI) endoscopy in routine work;
4) Have the experience on independent diagnosis of gastric lesions under ME-NBI endoscopy.

排除标准：

1)未能签署知情同意书；
2）研究者认为受试者不适宜参加本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Not sign the informed consent;
2) Other situations where the investigator believes that the subject is not suitable to participate in this study.
