Objectives of Study：

Recent studies suggest that PM2.5 plays a role in Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). We estimated the interactive effects of prenatal fine particulate matter (PM2.5) exposure with maternal blood glucose in early pregnancy and the risk of GDM.

单胎，活产

Inclusion criteria

Single, live birth

排除标准：

甲状腺疾病史，PCOS, 无住址，2型糖尿病，妊娠糖尿病史。

Exclusion criteria：

History of thyroid disease, PCOS, no address, type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes.
