研究目的：

通过对离心运动的研究，观察低强度离心运动的不同形式、不同运动周期对2型糖尿病患者动脉硬度、血糖指标的影响，为2型糖尿病患者寻找适合的运动干预处方，查看其心血管发生的风险变化，降低致残率、致死率，为临床应用提供适合的意见和参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the research on eccentric exercise,we can observe the effects of different forms of low-intensity eccentric exercise and different exercise cycles on the arterial stiffness and blood glucose indicators of type 2 diabetic patients.At the same time,we can find a suitable exercise intervention prescription for type 2 diabetic patients, and check their cardiovascular events risk changes to reduce the disability rate and fatality rate, and provide suitable opinions and references for clinical applications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合目前国际上通用 WHO 糖尿病专家委员会（1999）提出的2型糖尿病诊断标准。
②病程≥2年，小于10年。
③遵医嘱，正规用药治疗。
④均有定期回医院随访且有糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）的记录。
⑤能够理解问题，并配合相应的检查和指导。
⑥均签署自愿加入本研究协议且无中途退出。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes proposed by who diabetes expert committee (1999).
2. Patients with course of disease >= 2 years but less than 10 years.
3. Patients who follow the doctor's advice and receive regular medication.
4. All patients were followed up regularly and had HbA1c record.
5. Patients who can understand the problem and cooperate with the corresponding examination and guidance.
6. All patients signed the study agreement voluntarily and did not withdraw from the study.

排除标准：

①有精神科疾病病史或家族史。
②存在其它内分泌疾病或严重糖尿病慢性并发症，如妊娠期糖尿病，糖尿病肾病，终末期肾功能衰竭等。
③严重高血糖且波动大（空腹血糖 >13.9mmol/L）。
④感染。
⑤急性冠脉综合征。
⑥不稳定性心绞痛。
⑦女性月经期间。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of mental illness or family history.
2. Patients with other endocrine diseases or severe chronic complications of diabetes, such as gestational diabetes mellitus, diabetic nephropathy, end-stage renal failure, etc.
3. Patients with severe hyperglycemia and high fluctuation (fasting blood glucose > 13.9 mmol / L).
4. Infected patients.
5. Patients with acute coronary syndrome.
6. Patients with unstable angina pectoris.
7. Women during menstruation.
