研究目的：

我们的研究旨在调查卵巢储备功能减退患者血清RBP4和CRP浓度，并进一步检查抗苗勒激素和视黄醇结合蛋白4或C-反应蛋白水平之间的可能联系。  

Objectives of Study：

Our study is designed to investigate serum RBP4 and CRP concentrations in DOR patients and to further examine the possible link between AMH and RBP4 or CRP levels.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄20-40岁不孕女性，血糖血脂正常，无心血管疾病及相关家族史。

Inclusion criteria

1. Infertile women aged 20-40 years;
2. Subjects with normal blood glucose and lipids;
3. Subjects with no family history of cardiovascular disease.

排除标准：

1.有无或既往有任何代谢、内分泌和感染疾病史；
2.肥胖(体重指数(BMI)，≥28 kg/m2)；
3.使用含维生素A的甾体类药物或复合维生素；
4.单侧或双侧卵巢手术；
5.其他与生育有关的因素，如吸烟、饮酒和饮食；
6.有心血管疾病或其他代谢性疾病的家族史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with or without any history of metabolic, endocrine and infectious diseases;
2. Obese (body mass index (BMI), ≥28 kg/m2);
3. Patients taking steroids or multivitamins containing vitamin A;
4. Patients with unilateral or bilateral ovarian surgery;
5. Patients with other fertility related factors, such as smoking, alcohol consumption and diet;
6. Patients with family history of cardiovascular disease or other metabolic diseases.
