研究目的：

1. 探讨创伤性脑外伤病人手术中应用肺保护性通气是否对此类病人具有肺保护性效应，可以减轻术后肺部并发症，改善预后； 2．进一步探讨该保护性效应可能是通过抑制HMGB1-RAGE信号通路所产生的； 3. 床边肺部超声监测下的肺保护性通气策略更个体化进行肺保护，同时肺部超声监测术后肺部并发症有明显优势。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate whether the application of lung protective ventilation in patients with traumatic brain injury has a lung protective effect on such patients, which can reduce postoperative pulmonary complications and improve prognosis. 2. To further explore that the protective effect may be caused by inhibiting the HMGB1-RAGE signal pathway. 3. The strategy of lung protective ventilation under bedside lung ultrasound monitoring is more individualized for lung protection, and lung ultrasound has obvious advantages in monitoring postoperative pulmonary complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. ASA II或III级；
2. 年龄＞18岁且＜80岁；
3. 颅脑外伤手术患者；
4.心肺功能无明显异常

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA II or III patients;
2. Patients aged more than 18 years and less than 80 years old;
3. Patients with craniocerebral trauma surgery;
4. Patients with normal cardiopulmonary function.

排除标准：

1. 患者心功能下降；
2. 患者呼吸系统疾病；
3. 拒绝接受试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The heart function of the patients decreased;
2. Respiratory diseases of patients;
3. Patients who refused to accept the trial.
