研究目的：

研究AE对干眼患者及正常人泪液分泌及泪膜稳定性的影响，并探索AE对干眼影响的潜在机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effects of AE on tear secretion and tear film stability in dry eye patients and normal people, and explore the potential mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.男女不限，年龄20-50岁，均同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书；2.根据国际泪膜和眼表学会(TFOS)干眼系列共识(DEWS)Ⅱ诊断为干眼的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Men and women are not limited, ages 20-50, all agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent; 2. Patients diagnosed as dry eye according to the Tear Film and Ocular Surface Society (TFOS) Dry Eye Workshop(DEWS)Ⅱ.

排除标准：

1.既往患过敏性结膜炎等眼表疾病患者；2.干燥综合征患者；3.患有泪道阻塞等泪道疾病的患者；4.一个月内曾进行过干眼治疗的患者；5.过去一个月内使用隐形眼镜的患者；6一年内有眼外伤或手术史；7.有严重全身疾病不适宜剧烈运动者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with previous ocular surface diseases such as allergic conjunctivitis; 2.Patients with Sjogren's syndrome; 3.Patients with alterations in the lacrimal drainage system such as punctal occlusion; 4.Patients who used treatments for Dry Eye Disease within the last month; 5.patients who used contact lenses within the past month; 6.A history of ocular trauma or surgery within one year; 7.People with serious systemic diseases and are not suitable for strenuous exercise.
