探讨高剂量激素的鸡尾酒镇痛液延长TKA术后镇痛效应，促进快速康复及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Efficacy and safety evaluation of postoperative pain control and fast track with cocktail analgesic containing high dose of steroids after total knee arthroplasty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合诊断标准； ②美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）病情分级为I-II级； ③接受单侧人工全膝关节置换术； ④年龄在50～80岁的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II; 3. Scheduled for unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 4. Patients aged 50~80 years old.

排除标准：

①有重大的心理问题、精神病史或语言障碍者；
②有糖尿病血糖控制不佳（任意空腹血糖>8mmol/L）重大心血管疾病,肝肾功能不全,胃溃疡史，凝血功能障碍者；
③有酒精、药物、毒品滥用史者；
④存在中枢性或周围性神经肌肉缺陷不能顺利完成康复计划者；
⑤对其中任何一种药物有过敏史者；

Exclusion criteria：

①patients with major psychological problems, a history of mental illness or speech impairment;
(2) Diabetic patients with poor blood glucose control (arbitrary fasting blood glucose >8mmol/L), major cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, history of gastric ulcer, and disorder of coagulation function;
(3)patients with a history of alcohol, drug or drug abuse;
(4) those who cannot successfully complete the rehabilitation plan due to central or peripheral neuromuscular defects;
(5) Allergy to any of the experimental drugs;
