研究目的：

通过对离心运动的研究，观察低强度离心运动的不同形式、不同运动周期对2型糖尿病患者动脉硬度、血糖指标的影响，为2型糖尿病患者寻找适合的运动干预处方，查看其心血管发生的风险变化，降低致残率、致死率，为临床应用提供适合的意见和参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the research on eccentric exercise,we can observe the effects of different forms of low-intensity eccentric exercise and different exercise cycles on the arterial stiffness and blood glucose indicators of type 2 diabetic patients.At the same time,we can find a suitable exercise intervention prescription for type 2 diabetic patients, and check their cardiovascular events risk changes to reduce the disability rate and fatality rate, and provide suitable opinions and references for clinical applications.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准①符合目前国际上通用 WHO 糖尿病专家委员会（1999）提出的2型糖尿病诊断标准。②病程≥2年，小于10年。③遵医嘱，正规用药治疗。④均有定期回医院随访且有糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）的记录。⑤能够理解问题，并配合相应的检查和指导。⑥均签署自愿加入本研究协议且无中途退出。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria ①Meet the current international general WHO Diabetes Expert Committee (1999) for the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. ② Course of disease ≥ 2 years, less than 10 years. ③ Follow the doctor's advice and use regular medication. ④ All patients have regular follow-up visits to the hospital and have records of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C). ⑤Be able to understand the problem and cooperate with corresponding inspection and guidance. ⑥ All signed the agreement to join this research voluntarily and did not withdraw halfway.

排除标准：

剔除标准：①有精神科疾病病史或家族史。②存在其它内分泌疾病或严重糖尿病慢性并发症，如妊娠期糖尿病，糖尿病肾病，终末期肾功能衰竭等。③严重高血糖且波动大（空腹血糖 >13.9mmol/L）。④感染。⑤急性冠脉综合征。⑥不稳定性心绞痛。⑦女性月经期间。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ①Have a history of mental illness or family history. ②There are other endocrine diseases or severe chronic complications of diabetes, such as gestational diabetes, diabetic nephropathy, end-stage renal failure, etc. ③Severe hyperglycemia with large fluctuations (fasting blood glucose >13.9mmol/L). ④Infection. ⑤ Acute coronary syndrome. ⑥ Unstable angina pectoris. ⑦ During women's menstruation.
