研究目的：

应用3dMDface摄影测量系统，观察下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后5日内肿胀连续情况，并探讨其在颌面部肿胀测量中的应用价值  

Objectives of Study：

Measure the degree of facial swelling after impacted mandibular third molar surgery using a 3dMD imaging system and explore the continuous changes of swelling. Explore the value of 3dMD imaging in measuring the facial swelling.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）全身情况好，可以耐受手术治疗：美国麻醉师协会（ASA）分级为Ⅰ、Ⅱ级，即重要器官无器质性病变或有轻度系统性疾病，但处于功能代偿阶段。
2）年龄18-40岁。
3）下颌第三磨牙阻生，需切开翻瓣，涡轮去骨、分牙拔除。

Inclusion criteria

1) good systemic and local health; 2) aged 18 to 40 years; and 3) the presence of impacted mandible third molar, according to radiographic evaluation

排除标准：

1）急性炎症及任何拔牙禁忌者。
2）不能配合完成治疗及随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1）Contraindications to tooth extraction
2）Unable to cooperate with the completion of treatment and follow-up
