研究目的：

牙周炎和糖尿病之间存在双向关系，互为疾病发生、发展的危险因素。因此，本项目拟在前期研究的基础上，综合运用受试人群的筛查量表、人口学资料和唾液样本质谱检测结果，以双向筛查为主线，建立非专业依赖又具有较高准确性的2型糖尿病与牙周炎双向筛查模型。并在此基础上探索建立糖尿病和牙周炎患者的双向转诊模式，做到两种疾病的“早发现、早诊断、早治疗”，有助于疾病的预防与控制。  

Objectives of Study：

There is a bidirectional relationship between periodontitis and diabetes mellitus, which is a risk factor for the occurrence and development of the disease.Therefore, on the basis of previous studies, this project intends to establish a bi-directional screening model of type 2 diabetes and periodontitis with non-professional dependence and high accuracy based on the comprehensive application of the screening scale, demographic data and the detection results of salivary essential spectrum of the tested population, with two-way screening as the main line.And on this basis to explore the establishment of diabetes and periodontitis patients two-way referral mode, to achieve the "early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment" of the two diseases, is conducive to the prevention and control of the disease.

纳入标准：

1）D组（仅患有2型糖尿病的人群）
30-65周岁；性别不限；满足2型糖尿病或糖尿病前期的诊断标准；自愿参加临床研究，并能签署或者提供授权的知情同意书。
2）P组（仅患有牙周炎的人群）
30-65周岁；性别不限；满足牙周炎的诊断标准；自愿参加临床研究，并能签署或者提供授权的知情同意书。
3）DP组（2型糖尿病伴发牙周炎的人群）
包括1）和2）中的所有。

Inclusion criteria

1) Group D (people with type 2 diabetes only)
30-65 years old;No gender restriction;Meet diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes;Volunteer to participate in clinical studies and can sign or provide authorized informed consent.
2) Group P (people with periodontitis only)
30-65 years old;No gender restriction;Meet the diagnostic criteria of periodontitis;Volunteer to participate in clinical studies and can sign or provide authorized informed consent.
3) DP group (type 2 diabetes with periodontitis)
Includes all of 1) and 2).

排除标准：

1）D组（仅患有2型糖尿病的人群）
1型糖尿病、妊娠期糖尿病及其他特殊类型糖尿病患者；牙周炎患者；近3个月服用抗菌药物或非甾体类抗炎药者；有血液病、肝脏损害、肾病等严重全身性疾病或并发症,患有系统性炎症疾病者；由于意识不清、痴呆、精神障碍和不能进行语言沟通等其他原因不能进行调查问卷者；外籍人士；妊娠期女性
2）P组（仅患有牙周炎的人群）
近6个月有牙周病治疗史者；糖尿病患者；近3个月服用抗菌药物或非甾体类抗炎药者；有血液病、肝脏损害、肾病等严重全身性疾病或并发症,患有系统性炎症疾病者；由于意识不清、痴呆、精神障碍和不能进行语言沟通等其他原因不能进行调查问卷者；外籍人士；妊娠期女性
3）DP组（2型糖尿病伴发牙周炎的人群）
1型糖尿病、妊娠期糖尿病及其他特殊类型糖尿病患者；近6个月有牙周病治疗史者：近3个月服用抗菌药物或非甾体类抗炎药者；有血液病、肝脏损害、肾病等严重全身性疾病或并发症,患有系统性炎症疾病者；由于意识不清、痴呆、精神障碍和不能进行语言沟通等其他原因不能进行调查问卷者；外籍人士；妊娠期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes and other special types of diabetes;Patients with periodontitis;Those who took antibacterial drugs or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in recent 3 months;With serious systemic diseases or complications such as blood diseases, liver damage, kidney disease, or with systemic inflammatory diseases;Those who were unable to take the questionnaire due to other reasons such as confusion, dementia, mental disorder and inability to communicate verbally;Foreigners;Gestational woman
2) Group P (people with periodontitis only)
Those with a history of periodontal disease treatment in the last 6 months;Diabetic patients;Those who took antibacterial drugs or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in recent 3 months;With serious systemic diseases or complications such as blood diseases, liver damage, kidney disease, or with systemic inflammatory diseases;Those who were unable to take the questionnaire due to other reasons such as confusion, dementia, mental disorder and inability to communicate verbally;Foreigners;Gestational woman
