结合影像组学、机器学习、神经网络的方法，提取有效的临床和影像组学预测因子，构建、验证、优化和评价胰腺癌伴胆道梗阻（PC-BO）患者生存预测模型，并初步阐明影像组学标志物与临床指标之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Combined with radiomics, machine learning and artificial neural network methods, clinical and radiomics biomarkers were extracted to develop, validate, optimize and evaluate a survival predictive model for patients with pancreatic cancer caused biliary obstruction (PC-BO), and the correlation between radiomics and clinical biomarkers was preliminarily elucidated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄不小于18周岁；
2) 根据临床或病理证据可诊断为PC-BO；
3) 由于患者病灶进展、转移、一般情况差、拒绝行外科手术等原因无法切除病灶；
4) 经皮介入治疗行胆道减压，包括PTBD和PTBS，术前允许有塑料引流管置入史；
5) 介入术前两周内行标准的腹部增强CT扫描。

Inclusion criteria

1. age 18 years or older;
2. clinical or histopathological diagnosis of PC-BO;
3. unresectable disease due to extensive lesions, metastases, poor medical condition, or refusal to undergo surgery;
4. percutaneous approach for the placement of metal stents or plastic catheters;
5. standard contrast-enhanced CT performed within 2 weeks before interventions.

排除标准：

1) 术前近一月内行外科手术史；2) 术前存在严重感染或器官衰竭的情况； 3) ECOG评分为4分；4) 术后行其他抗肿瘤治疗，仅对症支持治疗者无需排除；5) 临床资料或CT影像资料不全；6) 术后失访。

Exclusion criteria：

(a) surgical resection within 1 month before interventions; (b) presence of severe infection or organ failure before interventions; (c) ECOG score of 4 before interventions; (d) any other anticancer therapy, except for supportive treatment after interventions; (e) incomplete clinical or CT imaging data; (f)loss to follow-up.
