基于脑功能影像新理论，探索经颅磁刺激治疗抑郁症的新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the new theory of brain function imaging, to explore a new method of transcranial magnetic stimulation for treating depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经定式访谈评估，符合DSM-V重性抑郁发作诊断标准；
2.年龄在18-65岁；
3.汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项版本分数在18分以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. The diagnostic criteria for major depressive episode of dsm-v were met through the standardized interview evaluation;
2. They are between 18 and 65 years old;
3. The score of the 17-item version of Hamilton depression scale is above 18.

排除标准：

1.存在其他严重精神疾病和躯体疾病；
2.无法通过TMS的安全检查；
3.使用苯二氮卓类药物；
4.无法通过MRI的安全筛查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of other serious mental and physical disorders;
2. Unable to pass the security check of TMS;
3. Use benzodiazepines;
4. Unable to pass the security screening of MRI.
