Objectives of Study：

Based on the new theory of brain function imaging, to explore a new method of transcranial magnetic stimulation for treating depression

纳入标准：

1.经定式访谈评估，符合DSM-V重性抑郁发作诊断标准
2.年龄在18-65岁
3.汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项版本分数在18分以上

Inclusion criteria

1. The diagnostic criteria for major depressive episode of dsm-v were met through the standardized interview evaluation
2. They are between 18 and 65 years old
3. The score of the 17-item version of Hamilton depression scale is above 18

排除标准：

1.存在其他严重精神疾病和躯体疾病
2.无法通过TMS的安全检查
3.使用苯二氮卓类药物
4.无法通过MRI的安全筛查

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of other serious mental and physical disorders
2. Unable to pass the security check of TMS
3. Use benzodiazepines
4. Unable to pass the security screening of MRI
