1 了解聋病发生、发展规律； 2 获得耳聋病人干预措施选择的证据； 3 掌握耳聋干预措施的时机。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the law of occurrence and development of sensorineural hearing loss 2. Obtain evidence of the choice of intervention measures for patients with sensorineural hearing loss 3. Grasp the opportunity of intervention measures for sensorineural hearing loss

纳入标准：

重度/极重度感音神经性聋患者，有意愿采用人工耳蜗植入获得听力。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with severe / profound sensorineural hearing loss are willing to receive cochlear implant.

排除标准：

合并脑白质发育不良，21三体综合征，听神经发育不良等神经智力发育不良者。

Exclusion criteria：

The patients with leukodystrophy, trisomy 21 syndrome, auditory nerve dysplasia and other mental dysplasia

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：所有纳入病例均有医院归档储存的病历资料。 数据管理：建立数据库，实现所有病历字段的规范化录入和管理，保存在单独服务器。
