研究目的：

探索霉酚酸血药浓度与吗替麦考酚酯在治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎中的疗效及不良反应的关系，从而更好指导临床用药。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between blood concentration of Mycophenolate Mofetil and the curative effect and adverse reactions of mycophenolate mofebrate in treating children with henoch schonlein purpura nephritis, so as to better guide clinical medication.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据紫癜性肾炎循证指南，确诊紫癜性肾炎。
2.予以糖皮质激素联合MMF治疗。
3.已签署知情同意书且通过医学伦理审查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis of purpura nephritis is made according to the evidence-based guidelines.

2. Glucocorticoid combined with MMF.

3. Informed consent has been signed and medical ethics review has been passed.

排除标准：

1.符合其他疾病诊断， 如狼疮性肾炎、IgA 肾病等。
2.有严重肝肾损害或其他危重疾病。
3.未签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Consistent with other disease diagnosis, such as lupus nephritis, IgA nephropathy, etc.

2. Severe liver and kidney damage or other critical diseases.

3. Failure to sign informed consent.
