研究目的：

1．确定可用于监测子宫腺肌病的核心症状群 2．验证子宫腺肌病核心症状群量表的可信度和有效性 3. 明确子宫腺肌病保守治疗后症状复发现状及其影响因素； 4．拟定动态监测子宫腺肌病核心症状量表及应用参数；  

Objectives of Study：

1. To identify the core symptom groups that can be used to monitor adenomyosis; 2. To Verify the credibility and validity of the adenomyosis core symptom scale; 3. To clarify the current status of symptom recurrence and its influencing factors after conservative treatment of adenomyosis; 4. To draw up a dynamic monitoring adenomyosis core symptom scale and application parameters.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄大于18岁
（2）拟诊子宫腺肌病未绝经妇女；
（3）行保守性治疗：病灶切除（手术入路：腹腔镜，经腹等），子宫动脉栓塞，高强度聚焦超声（HIFU），射频消融，曼月乐环，药物治疗等，；
（4）主诉：月经周期相关的周期性疼痛(痛经);性交时或性交后疼痛;下腹部或盆腔疼痛的周期性性质;排便疼痛，以及任何其他与子宫内膜异位症相关的疼痛症状；
（5）能够且愿意在智能手机或平板电脑上填写电子问卷

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged over 18 years;
(2) Premenopausal women with adenomyosis proposed;
(3) Conservative treatment: focal resection (surgical approach: laparoscopic, transabdominal, etc.), uterine artery Embolism, high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), radiofrequency ablation, Mirena ring, drug therapy, etc.;
(4) Chief complaint: periodic pain related to the menstrual cycle (dysmenorrhea); pain during or after intercourse; lower abdomen or pelvis The periodic nature of pain; painful defecation, and any other pain symptoms related to endometriosis;
(5) Able and willing to fill out electronic questionnaires on smartphones or tablets.

排除标准：

（1）女性无痛经症状或不育症为唯一主诉；
（2）怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
（3）不明原因或非子宫腺肌病原因导致的盆腔痛、阴道出血等症状；
（4）严重的心、肝、肾疾病患者及肾上腺皮质功能不全者；
（5）在过去3个月内，其妇科检查结果异常或子宫颈细胞检验结果异常的妇女；
（6）B超检查诊断子宫内膜息肉、粘膜下肌瘤等良性病变或可疑的恶性肿瘤；
（7）女性有凝血异常、其他内分泌疾病、恶性或疑似恶性肿瘤；
（8）不能理解研究内容者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Women with no symptoms of dysmenorrhea or infertility as the only chief complaint;
(2) Pregnant or lactating women;
(3) Unexplained or non-adenomyosis causes pelvic pain, vaginal bleeding and other symptoms;
(4) Patients with severe heart, liver, and kidney diseases and adrenal insufficiency;
(5) Women with abnormal gynecological examination results or abnormal cervical smear results in the past 3 months; (6) B-ultrasound diagnosis Benign lesions or suspected malignant tumors such as endometrial polyps and submucosal fibroids;
(7) Women with coagulation abnormalities, other endocrine diseases, malignant or suspected malignant tumors;
(8) Those who cannot understand the contents of the study.
