研究目的：

① 明确减重手术后补充膳食纤维是否能对患者减重效果、术后排便习惯及代谢产生有利影响，为减重手术后的营养护理提供新的思路； ② 比较不同BMI、不同年龄、不同性别、不同手术方式下补充膳食纤维的影响效果有何不同。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To clarify whether dietary fiber after bariatric surgery can have a beneficial effect on the weight loss, postoperative bowel habits and metabolism of patients, and provide new ideas for nutritional care after bariatric surgery; (2) To compare the effects of dietary fiber supplementation under different BMI, different ages, different genders, and different surgical methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 肥胖（BMI≥28kg/m2）患者并准备进行减重手术；
② 年龄18-65岁；
③ 同意入选本研究并签署知情同意书；
④ 试验前3个月内未参加过其它药物临床试验。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with obesity (BMI>= 28kg/m2) and preparing for bariatric surgery;
(2) Patients Aged 18-65 years old;
(3) Agree to be selected for this study and sign the informed consent form;
(4) Did not participate in other drug clinical trials within 3 months before the trial.

排除标准：

① 既往减重手术；
② 内分泌失调引起的继发性肥胖；
③ 胃肠疾病、严重肝脏或肾脏疾病、恶性肿瘤病史；
④ 研究期间服用泻药，降糖药，降脂药等影响试验结果的药物；
⑤ 有任何其他原因,经研究者判断不能完成本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have had bariatric surgery;
(2) Secondary obesity caused by endocrine disorders;
(3) History of gastrointestinal disease, severe liver or kidney disease, malignant tumor;
(4) Take laxatives, hypoglycemic drugs, lipid-lowering drugs and other drugs that affect the test results during the study;
(5) Patients who cannot complete the study for any other reason.
