研究目的：

本研究通过对比最小化心室起搏与标准房室顺序起搏对病态窦房结综合症伴 I 度房室传导阻滞患者心房高频事件发生，二尖瓣返流，活动耐量等的影响，其结论将对此类患者起搏器程控的优化及管理起到理论指导作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of minimized ventricular pacing and standard atrioventricular sequential pacing on atrial high frequency episode, mitral regurgitation and activity capacity in patients with sick sinus node syndrome and I degree atrioventricular block. The conclusion will play a theoretical guiding role in the optimization and management of pacemaker program in such patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄＞18 岁；
2、病态窦房结综合症,根据 ACC/AHA 双腔起搏器植入指南，患者是Ⅰ类或Ⅱa 类适应症；
3、基础心电图提示 I 度房室传导阻滞（PR≥200ms）；
4、超声检查心脏结构正常；
5、射血分数＞50％。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients older than 18 years,
2. According to the ACC / AHA dual chamber pacemaker implantation guidelines, the patients are class I or class IIa indications;
3. Patients with i-degree atrioventricular block (PR >= 200ms) indicated by basic ECG;
4. Patients with normal cardiac structure were examined by ultrasonography;
5. Patients with ejection fraction > 50%.

排除标准：

1、房室传导阻滞起搏器依赖的患者；
2、阵发性或持续性心房颤动患者；
3、结构性心脏病患者；
4、预期寿命小于 1 年
5、合并心肌病、陈旧性心肌梗死、充血性心力衰竭、严重心律失常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with atrioventricular block and highly pacemaker-dependent;
2. Patients with paroxysmal or persistent atrial fibrillation;
3. Patients with structural heart disease;
4. Patients expecting life span less than one year;
5. Patients with cardiomyopathy, previous myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, severe arrhythmia.
