通过实验设计，检测儿童系统性红斑狼疮病人外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群的变化，观察其与疾病活动性的相关性，探讨淋巴细胞亚群变化对治疗的指导意义。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in pediatric patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and provide references for precise immunotherapy.

纳入标准：

1.儿童病人（≤18岁）
2.系统性红斑狼疮,满足SLICC-2012分类标准

Inclusion criteria

1. children aged less than 18 years old;
2. systemic lupus erythematosus patients who fulfilled the Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics（SLICC-2012）classification criteria.

排除标准：

生物制剂治疗过的儿童系统性红斑狼疮病人

Exclusion criteria：

SLE patients who had been treated by biological agents
