研究目的：

首要研究目标：探究无牙颌种植修复中，应用初始治疗设计阶段获得的三维“虚拟患者”，在修复阶段数字化指导过渡修复体，及最终修复体的制作。通过前瞻性队列研究，评价此治疗理念完成无牙颌种植修复的临床效果，数字化量化分析修复后面部软组织改建情况，并评价该流程的临床及技工室效率 次要研究目标：利用三维“虚拟患者”完成无牙颌种植修复的患者满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary aim is to explore the application of the three-dimensional "virtual patient" in dental implant restoration for edentulous patients, to evaluate the effect and efficiency of this treatment concept. The secondary aim is to the satisfaction of patients with edentulous implant restoration using three-dimensional "virtual patients" treatment concept.

纳入标准：

年龄20-80岁；
单颌或双颌牙列缺失；
要求种植修复；
知情同意，愿意参加课题的患者

Inclusion criteria

Age between 20 and 80 years old.Complete edentulous arch, require for implant restoration.Sign inform consent form.

排除标准：

急慢性颞下颌关节紊乱，口颌面化疗史，黏膜慢性炎症、增生等或其他将实验过程复杂化的口腔病理状态。局部或全身情况不适宜种植修复

Exclusion criteria：

Some oral pathology that may affect the result, such as acute or chronic temporomandibular joint disorder, oral and maxillofacial chemotherapy, chronic mucosal inflammation or hyperplasia. local or system disease can't accept implant restoration.

According to the progress of the research, raw research data should be made freely available to all researchers in specific ways, after the 10 year follow-up of the clinical trial

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。 电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively.After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
