研究目的：

通过前瞻性随机对照试验， 比较不同浓度右美托咪定对术中体感诱发电位和运动诱发电位的影响，以期为需行术中神经电生理监测的脊柱手术术中麻醉用药方案及手术处理提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted to compare the effects of different concentrations of dexmedetomidine on intraoperative somatosensory evoked potentials and motor evoked potentials. Through the experimental results, in order to provide a basis for intraoperative anesthetic regimens and surgical management of spinal surgery requiring intraoperative neuroelectrophysiological monitoring.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

全麻下需要行神经电生理监测的脊柱手术患者， ASAⅠ-Ⅲ级， 年龄 18-80岁。

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing spinal surgery requiring neuroelectrophysiological monitoring under general anesthesia, ASA grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ, aged 18-80 years.

排除标准：

对所用药物有过敏史、神经传导通路损伤、颅内高压综合征、糖尿病周围神经病变、重症肌无力、肝肾功能明显异常、严重循环呼吸系统疾病、精神异常疾病、起搏器植入、癫痫病史、颅骨缺损、听觉障碍、语言交流困难者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with history of allergy to uesed drugs, nerve conduction pathway injury, intracranial hypertension syndrome, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, myasthenia gravis, obvious abnormality of liver and kidney, severe circulatory respiratory disease, mental disorder, pacemaker implantation, history of epilepsy, skull defect, hearing impairment, language communication difficulty.
