研究目的：

探讨慢性非特异性颈痛(chronic nonspecific neck pain, CNNP)人群与健康对照人群在屈、伸及左、右侧屈方向上颈部本体感觉的差异，以及CNNP人群颈部本体感觉与颈深屈肌耐力、相应方向等长力量之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

to compare the neck proprioception between chronic nonspecific neck pain (CNNP) people and healthy controls in sagittal and coronal directions, as well as the correlation between proprioception and deep neck flexors endurance, neck isometric strength in CNNP patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

CNNP组纳入标准:
（1）每周颈痛超过1次，累计时长超过3个月且为双侧疼痛，无明确的解剖及病理学诊断；
（2）颈部功能障碍指数（Neck Disability Index）得分10-40；
（3）颈部疼痛不放射到上肢且无前庭觉障碍，Dix Hallpike test, Spurling’s neck compression test及Adson’s test均为阴性；
（4）年龄在20-35岁之间。
健康对照组纳入标准：
（1）半年内无颈痛；
（2）NDI得分小于10分；
（3）年龄在20-35岁之间。

Inclusion criteria

CNNP group:
1. aged 20-35 years;
2. pain experience in the suboccipital to the first thoracic vertebra region for at least 3months with a frequency more than once a week;
3. similar pain in both sides without specific abnormal automatic or pathological diagnosis;
4. the score of Neck Disability Index (NDI) ranges from 10-40.
Control group participants:
1. no history of neck pain within the last half year;
2. NDI score<10;
3. aged 20-35 years.

排除标准：

排除标准：（1）肩颈部手术史、上肢疾病及系统性疾病；（2）上肢过顶项目运动员；（3）颈部外伤史；（4）慢性代谢性疾病及神经系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Participants would be excluded from either group if they had any history of trauma, surgery on the spine and systemic diseases; athletes of overhead sports; positive Spurling and Dix Hallpike tests for radiculopathy signs and vestibular impairment, respectively.
