研究目的：

研究终末期肾病透析的患者蛋白质能量消耗的相关危险因素，筛查高风险人群，达到早期防治，提高生存率及生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to study the related risk factors of protein energy consumption in patients with end-stage renal disease dialysis, screen high-risk population, achieve early prevention and treatment, improve survival rate and quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2020年9月1日至2021年2月28日，年龄>18岁，在上海市东方医院规律血液透析和腹膜透析3个月以上,资料完整的ESRD 患者。

Inclusion criteria

From September 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021, ESRD patients with complete data, aged over 18 years, regular hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis in Shanghai Oriental Hospital for more than 3 months.

排除标准：

1. 近三个月合并恶性肿瘤、脓毒血症、难治性腹膜炎、手术、严重创伤、严重心脑血管疾病的患者
2. 资料不完整的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant tumor, sepsis, refractory peritonitis, surgery, severe trauma and severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in recent three months
2. Patients with incomplete data
