Objectives of Study：

1）To describe the epidemiological characteristics of coronary collateral circulation in patients with coronary heart disease in China; 2) To analyze risk factors of coronary collateral circulation in patients with coronary heart disease in China; 3) To analyze the effect of coronary collateral circulation on the clinical prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18岁及以上；
2）进行冠状动脉造影检查；
3）同意入组且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1)patients aged 18 years and older;2)Patients undergoing coronary angiography;3)Patients who agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent

排除标准：

1）癌症、肾病等各类疾病终末期患者；
2）精神类疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients suffering from terminal stage of cancer, kidney disease and other diseases;
2) Patients suffering from mental disorders.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究所有患者在经过严格的入排标准筛选后入组。入组患者部分数据采用统一的电子病历系统进行采集，包括患者入院基线信息、临床信息、影像信息、化验检查、治疗情况，部分信息采用标准化电子问卷进行收集，包括患者既往疾病史、电话随访信息。入组患者在规定时间内完成信息采集，并提交信息，由临床数据监察员对所填写进行进行核对质控，对存在疑问的信息提出质疑并要求研究者必须修订。
