研究目的：

通过多组学技术联合分析II型糖尿病及糖尿病肾脏疾病患者样本与正常受试者间样本的代谢差异，发掘关键代谢生物标志物及差异蛋白等信息，通过对共有标志物进行深层次分析，筛选具有早期临床诊断能力的潜在标志物，揭示关键标志物的生物学功能，为临床对疾病的早期防控和合理用药提供一定的数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

The metabolic differences between the samples of patients with type II diabetes and diabetic kidney disease and normal subjects were analyzed by multi-omics, and the key metabolic biomarkers and differential proteins were discovered. Through deep analysis of common markers, the potential markers with early clinical diagnosis ability were screened, and the biological functions of key markers were revealed, which provided some data support for early prevention and control of diseases and rational drug use in clinic.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合糖尿病或糖尿病肾脏疾病的相关诊断标准且确诊者；
2）糖尿病病程>1年；
3）年龄在30-80岁之间，性别不限；
4）意识清楚，无智力障碍，能正常沟通交流；
4）对本研究均知情，且为自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet the relevant diagnostic criteria of diabetes or diabetic kidney disease and are confirmed;
2. The course of diabetes is more than 1 year;
3. Aged 30 to 80 years;
4. Clear consciousness, no mental retardation, and normal communication;
5. All of them knew about this study and participated voluntarily.

排除标准：

1）糖尿病应排除空腹血糖<5.6 mmol·L-1，OGTT后2h血糖<7.8 mmol·L-1及其他应激因素所致的短暂性血糖升高患者；
2）糖尿病肾脏疾病应排除原发性肾脏病患者；
3）严重心脑血管、肝、肾功能障碍；
4）HIV阳性、怀孕、癌症、严重感染、恶性肿瘤患者；
5）严重精神疾病及认知功能障碍者；
6）被诊断为Ⅰ型糖尿病者或Ⅰ型糖尿病肾脏疾病患者；
7）糖尿病急性并发症；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Diabetes should exclude patients with fasting blood glucose < 5.6 mmol L-1, blood glucose < 7.8 mmol L-1 2h after OGTT and transient hyperglycemia caused by other stress factors;
2) Diabetic kidney disease should exclude patients with primary kidney disease;
3) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney dysfunction;
4) HIV positive, pregnant, cancer, severe infection and malignant tumor patients;
5) Severe mental illness and cognitive dysfunction;
6) Patients diagnosed with type I diabetes or type I diabetic kidney disease;
7) Acute complications of diabetes.
