研究目的：

评价艾司氯胺酮复合普瑞巴林预防胸腔镜手术后慢性疼痛的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of esketamine combined with pregabalin on chronic pain after thoracoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）择期行胸腔镜手术患者；
2）年龄为18~80岁；
3）体重指数为15~30 kg/m2；
4）术前美国麻醉学家学会（American Society of AnesthesiologistsASA）分级为Ⅰ~ III级。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients undergoing elecitve laparoscopic hysterectomy;
2) Aged 18 to 80 years;
3) Body mass index was 15~30 kg/m2;
4) The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification is I ~ III level.

排除标准：

1) 严重心、肺疾病；
2) 肝、肾功能不全；
3) 慢性疼痛史；
4) 精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Severe heart and lung disease;
2) Hepatic and renal insufficiency;
3) Chronic pain disease;
4) Mental illness.
