研究目的：

2019年12月以来，新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在中国武汉肆虐，并快速蔓延至全国，导致全国人民居家隔离。全国各地居家隔离的青少年也遭受疫情带来的影响，比如，出现焦虑、抑郁、应激反应等情况。少年是国家的未来，关注青少年在疫情期间的心理健康水平对促进青少年的身心健康有着重要的意义。基于上述社会背景，本课题尝试以全国青少年为研究对象，系统探究在新冠肺炎疫情背景下，青少年心理健康状态、发展变化、影响因素和机制，及积极心理品质培养模式，旨在为政府和校园疫情防控提供政策建议和教育引导建议，提升青少年的心理健康水平。  

Objectives of Study：

Since December 2019, the COVID-19 has raged in Wuhan, China, and quickly spread across the country, causing people across the country to be isolated at home. Teenagers in quarantine at home across the country have also suffered from the effects of the epidemic, such as anxiety, depression, and stress reactions. Adolescents are the future of the country. Paying attention to the mental health of adolescents during the epidemic is of great significance to promoting their physical and mental health. Based on the above-mentioned social background, this project attempts to research young people across the country to systematically explore the mental health status, development changes, influencing factors and mechanisms of young people in the context of the COVID-19, as well as the positive psychological quality training model. Epidemic prevention and control provide policy recommendations and education guidance recommendations to improve the mental health of young people.
