研究目的：

基于“改良坐位五禽戏”为 ICU机械通气患者提供一种疗效可靠、简单易行、可供推广的辅助康复治疗方案；证实“改良坐位五禽戏”可以明显降低ICU机械通气患者各类并发症、死亡率及医疗费用等核心指标。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the "improved sitting position wuqinxi", it provides a reliable, simple and feasible auxiliary rehabilitation treatment scheme for ICU patients with mechanical ventilation. It is proved that the "improved sitting position wuqinxi" can significantly reduce the complications, mortality and medical costs of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥18周岁;
(2)符合慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期、或急性呼吸窘迫综合征、或术后呼吸衰竭等疾病诊断且机械通气>24小时；
(3)意识清楚, 具有遵嘱行为;
(4)心肺功能稳定;
(5)患者自愿参加并签署知情同意书。
同时符合以上条件方可纳入。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged >=18 years old;
(2) The patient was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the acute exacerbation period, or acute respiratory distress syndrome, or postoperative respiratory failure, and was mechanically ventilated for > for 24 hours;
(3) Clear consciousness and compliance behavior;
(4) Stable cardiopulmonary function;
(5) The patient voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)迅速进展性神经肌肉疾病;
(2)APACHEⅡ评分大于30分, 预期48小时内患者可能死亡者;
(3)颅内压 增高、肢体残疾或丧失、不稳定性的骨折；
(4)正在参加其它临床试验者。
具备以上任何一条均排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Rapidly progressive neuromuscular disease;
(2) The APACHE II scores more than 30 points, expected within 48 hours of patients may be dead;
(3) Increased intracranial pressure, disability or loss of limbs, unstable fracture;
(4) Participating other clinical studies.
